What is LPG-Auto?
Auto LPG or Autogas is an environmentally friendly car fuel, safe and inexpensive, consisting of propane gas. Currently circulating in Portugal more than 40.000 LPG cars, and more than three million in Europe.
How much can I save with LPG?
The price of LPG - Auto is € 0.722 per liter. Even taking into account a small increase in consumption with LPG, you will save about 50% compared with gasoline. Additionally, it will also save on engine maintenance.

LPG is better for the environment?
Undoubtedly. LPG has strong environmental benefits compared to traditional fuels in terms of NOx, unburned hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, aldehydes and aromatics.
And is it safe?
Yes. An automobile LPG is as safe as any other vehicle, if it has been converted by an accredited installer DGEG (Directorate General for Energy and Geology) or IMTT (Institute for Mobility and Land Transport).
